Important information for oral presentation

Please prepare your presentation so that its duration is 20 minutes. This will allow time for introduction, questions, and changeover to the next presenter. You should provide a PowerPoint presentation rather than PDF in a 16:9 ratio.
Please arrive at the room allocated to your session 15 minutes before the end of the break to meet your session chair and co-chair where possible. You will be briefed on the presentation equipment at this time. You will be fitted with a lapel microphone even if you remain at the lectern while presenting. The laptop will be on the lectern with a wireless clicker, there will be a comfort screen on the floor so that you do not need to look over your shoulder to the main screen.

At the time of your presentation you will need to click on the title of your paper on the main screen. Your presentation will have been hyperlinked to this slide. It allows for a smooth changeover process with each speaker.  Please do not over-run. The session chair will indicate to you when have 5 minutes left.
