The role of Electromagnetics in the NanoEngineering Flagship

Context

Three big consortia: FORESEEN, Metamorphose and Spintronics have jointly proposed a “NanoEngineerig” FET flagship in the EU frameworks. FET Flagship are enormous 10 years projects of vast breath and 1B€ value. NanoEngineering is presently composed by 120 institutions and about 1000 researchers. Many of the affiliated groups belong to European Antennas and Propagation community. The Workshop will discuss the role that Antennas and Propagations, Metasurfaces and Electromagnetics in general have in this Flagship.

Programme

The  workshop will be organize as follow:

1) NanoEngineering concept: Introductory speech of 20 minutes

2) 10 invited speakers of 20 minutes:
